Welcome to Shoulders of Giants

The name of this site is based on a phrase first coined in the twelth century and made famous by Sir Isaac Newton in the seventeenth. It seems apt for what I do on a day to day basis - write software using concepts created by others, helped by examples written previously and with tools built elsewhere. I just stand atop of all those other endeavours and add a little more to produce software useful to users.
